- Core HR Management: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to support core HR functions, including employee records, organizational structures, and job profiles
- Employee Data: Manage and maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Workflows and Approval Processes: Design and implement workflows and approval processes for various HR transactions and requests
- Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service:ESS and MSS: Enable Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalities, allowing employees and managers to access and update relevant HR information
- Integration and Data Management:Integration: Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (eg
