- Technical Skills:Develop proficiency in scripting languages, particularly JavaScript, which is extensively used for customizing and extending ServiceNow applications
- Learn about the Glide API, REST API, and other integration mechanisms used within the platform
- Gain expertise in designing and implementing custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies
- Application Development:Understand how to create custom applications within ServiceNow to meet specific business needs
