Data Scientist - Machine Learning Algorithm (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement advanced data science solutions, including machine learning models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, business) to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection to identify the most effective solutions for specific problems.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply them to improve our solutions.

- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of data-driven decision making.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of success in delivering impactful data science projects.

- Expertise in Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, including Azure ML, AKS, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.

- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Passion for data science and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with MLOps and model deployment.

- Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant conferences.
