Senior Consultant - Generative AI (3-5 yrs)

Job Role : Senior Consultant Gen AI Developer

Years of Experience : 3 to 5 years with 1-2 years of experience in GenAI

Work Mode : Hybrid

Shift Timing : 1PM IST to 10PM IST

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and Develop GenAI Automation Tools : Design, develop, and test GenAI-powered automation tools to automate business processes, using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

- Identify Automation Opportunities : Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas where GenAI automation can bring significant value and prioritize automation opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.

- GenAI Model Fine Tuning : Fine tune GenAI models using various frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers, to solve specific business problems.

- Integrate with Existing Systems : Integrate GenAI automation tools with existing systems, such as ERP, CRM, or databases, to ensure seamless data exchange and workflow automation.

- Testing and Quality Assurance : Test and validate GenAI automation tools to ensure they meet business requirements, are free from errors, and perform as expected.

- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that GenAI automation tools meet business needs and are adopted successfully.

- Stay Up-to-Date with GenAI Advancements : Stay current with the latest GenAI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve GenAI automation tools and processes.

Skills Required :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Programming Skills :

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or C++, and experience with GenAI frameworks and libraries.

- Automation Experience : Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, or business process management (BPM).

- Data Analysis : Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data mining techniques.

- Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using GenAI.
