Machine Learning Engineer - Python/PySpark (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

- Strong experience in Python and PySpark.

- Knowledge of algorithms and DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms).

- Databricks familiarity (Delta, Unity Catalog, MLIlow, Della Lake, and data science stack).

- SQL experience (level 6+ acceptable).

- Familiarity with cloud technologies (preferably Databricks. SageMaker).

- Familiarity with PySpark and deploying on cloud environments.

- Exposure to AWS services such as S3. EC2. and DynamoDB (preferred but not mandatory).

- Production-level experience in deploying models, including Cl/CD for data science models (preferable but not mandatory).

- Understanding of Docker, Kubemetes. and managing long-term ML lifecycle.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (Cosmos DB. relational databases).

- Ability to manage teams, drive technical discussions, and take ownership of projects.

- Experience in leading data science/ML engineering initiatives and customer interactions.

- Focus on structured thinking. problem-solving ability, and the capacity to pivot in real-time.

- Evaluate how candidates write production-ready code (e.g., using Jupyter notebooks, handling real datasets).

- Chock their ability to make decisions, explain assumptions, and iterate on solutions during the coding session.

- Hands-on coding will be tested alongside theoretical knowledge in areas such as data processing. PySpark operations (e.g., group by). and machine learning pipelines.
