Role Description :

Analyst role requires strong understanding of various business functions. The roles require translating business requirement to functional requirements, figure what are the key performance measures that affect business and assist business leaders and users to interpret information and make the informed decisions

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and define data analytics requirements.

- Perform detailed analysis of datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

- Work with technical teams to design and implement data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for analytics projects, including business

requirements, data dictionaries, wireframes, and workflows.

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop automated reports to track and improve business

performance.

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize business operations.

- Liaise with stakeholders to validate insights, present findings, and recommend solutions.

- Design interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using tools like PowerPoint,

- Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Support the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics to anticipate future trends and challenges.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data Analytics or related roles.

- Proven experience in Client handling with related to Requirement gathering, documentation and solutioning.

- In-depth knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.

- Strong expertise in designing interactive dashboards.

- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.

- Proficient in querying databases using SQL

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
