We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Associate. You will be responsible for gathering customer travel requirements and create a boutique itinerary in order to make client s traveling arrangements hassle-free. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Studying thoroughly regarding travel destinations (as per the team allocation)
Working on the sales pitch with the guidance of the respective manager
Engaging with customers to gather information regarding their travel preferences and expectations
Customizing boutique itinerary as per the requirements gathered
Making the required changes as per customer suggestions
Regularly following up with all the customers in the pipeline to assist in finalizing their travel plans
Actively working on feedback provided by the manager and team lead
Working towards chasing the lead-to-sales conversion % and sales targets defined by the manager
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or any other Graduation degree
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience in travel or sales is a plus
Prior track record of meeting/exceeding your targets is a plus
