Job description:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify for SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Work with Product Teams to validate automation test requirements and build / update the required automation test scripts in Worksoft Certify.
• Execute automated test cases, report results, and work closely with teams to resolve any defects.
• Maintain and update the Worksoft Certify framework as the Test Automation Suite progresses.
• Perform end-to-end testing to ensure the functionality of business processes across multiple systems.
• Analyze test results and work with development teams to resolve defects.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
• In-depth understanding of Worksoft Certify, Worksoft CTM, Worksoft BPP, and other Worksoft tools as and when required during testing.
• Provide detailed documentation for test cases, scripts, and test results.
• Actively participate in test planning, strategy, and coordination of test efforts.
• Designing clean, efficient, and well-documented Test scenarios/cases/scripts and maintaining industry & client standards, based on business requirement analysis.
• Should have good exposure of working in SAP and CRM, and understanding of SAP Modules like ESD, CCS, FI, MM, SD, etc.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
• Understanding of when and how to use automation effectively to minimize manual tasks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with Business stakeholders and document testing processes clearly.
• Must have experience with Agile Methodology and prior experience in delivering results in Agile environments.
• Experience in other test management tools like ALM.
• Experience with ADO to develop User Stories, Backlog, and other required responsibilities like Integrating Worksoft with ADO and execute Test Cases during UAT and Regression Cycle.

Required qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in Worksoft certify automation in testing SAP, WEB, Silverlight application as primary along with other Interfaces like MS Office, PDFs, etc.
• Worksoft Certify certification(s) and Knowledge of other test automation tools and technologies.
