Job Description
Brief Description: We are seekingan experiencedmaintenance Engineer for our Noida plant. This role requires understandingofmaintenance management in rubber related industries with experience inmaintaining high standards for major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on variousrubber moulding machines.
- Replace worn or damaged parts and components to prevent equipmentfailure.
- Troubleshooting and Repair
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issueswithmoulding machines.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, pumps, andsensors.
- Test and calibrate machines to ensure proper functioning andcompliancewith specifications.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new moulding machines andequipment.
- Configure machines according to production requirements and safetystandards.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, andpartsused.
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor s degreein Mechanical Engineering from reputed institutes.
Experience:
- Should have 5+ years of experience in Maintenance of machines /equipment etc
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles andqualitycontrol methodologies.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment formaintenanceinspection.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Preference:
- Candidates from NCR region will be given preference
- Candidate who can join in 30 days or less
