Sr Advanced Information Systems Analyst

Resideo is currently seeking a Senior IT Support engineer, specialized in AD complex design and troubleshooting. This includes interactions with SailPoint, VDS, MFA, SSO, AzureAD,

This position will report to an IT manager and will interact frequently with all Resideo employees. This position will be based in India. You should have a proven expertise in Active Directory design, implementation and operational support (complex incidents).

You must be able to collaborate with team members in a multinational environment.

JOB DUTIES:

• Troubleshoot complex AD, AzureAD, incidents.
• Design AD updates / changes.
• Build 1-year and 3-year roadmaps.
• Support implementation of major projects
• Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to escalated incidents.
• Work with other junior staff members to help them resolve incidents, redact work instructions.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Overall experience of 8+ years of IT support experience.
• At least 5+ years AD in level-3 support experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience of AD design and complex troubleshooting
