Research And Development Engineer (Power Electronics/ Model Based)

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsibilities to create the simulation models for motor drives and control systems in the field of textile machinery.
• Must have knowledge of Various motors technologies like BLDC, PMSM, INDUCTION STEPPER motors and its torque and power-characteristics.
• Experience in various control techniques including vector, scalar, sensor less, field weaking and MTPA. Experience through a complete product lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, manufacturing)
• Code generation of simulation models.
• To convert existing C based firmware and application code into Model base File.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2+ years of working experience in MATLAB/Simulink/PSIM/Altair environment is must.
• Sound knowledge in electrical engineering, control engineering, modelling, and simulation methods
• Basic knowledge in modelling dynamic behavior of mechanic systems.
• Very good English skills.
• Ability to work individually and coordinate with other departments.
• If required need to travel internationally.
