EHS Executive

Position: EHS Executive
No. of Vacancies: 02
Experience: 4-6 years in a Chemical or Pharma API company
Location: Vadodara (Dabhasa)

Qualification: M.Sc. in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering + PDIS/ADIS is mandatory.
Additional Requirement: Willingness to work in shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exposure to ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
• Hands-on experience with Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, Plant Inspection, and Issuance of Work Permits.
• Participate in and coordinate HAZOP studies, ensuring implementation of recommendations.
• Provide training on various safety topics to promote awareness and enhance the safety culture within the plant.
• Implement statutory compliances related to safety and environmental regulations under the Factories Act.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
• Review existing SOPs and policies to ensure regular compliance.
• Oversee the use, maintenance, and proper storage of safety equipment and gear.

Experience in operating and troubleshooting ETP, MEE, and Stripper units. Knowledge of effluent testing parameters is also essential

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have relevant experience in the pharmaceutical Industry and have Safety Audit exposure.
