Job Title : Analytical Chemist

Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry/Analytical chemistry

Experience : 1-5 years of relevant experience in CRO, Discovery R&D, API, and Agrochemicals at Analytical R&D lab.

Location : Dev Research Centre (SML Ltd), Nerul, Navi Mumbai-400706

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To perform analytical method development and validation activities using GC, HPLC, LCMS & Chemical analysis.
• Performing analysis of NCE, raw material, in-process, intermediate, Stability studies & finished product.
• To maintain and update analytical records with complete data derived from analysis.
• Preparation and maintaining Lab notebooks, Training Records, and other logbooks.
• Ensure the work environment is clean and safe complying with safety and as per GLP.
• Operation and calibration of various analytical instruments.
• Excellent knowledge in wet chemistry instruments like Balance, pH meter, Melting point, UV, polarimetry, IR, Moisture balance analyser and keeping instruments calibration and maintenance records.
