Formulation Research And Development

• Assist in the design and development of solid oral formulations (tablets, capsules, etc.) for oncology products.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies, compatibility assessments, and prototype development
• Support the scale-up and optimization of manufacturing processes for oncology formulations.
• Participate in technology transfer activities from R&D to production.
• Perform experiments related to drug release, stability, and solubility enhancement (e.g. Hot-melt extrusion, spray drying).
• Operate and maintain equipment like tablet presses, fluid bed dryers, and dissolution testers.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental data and prepare reports.
• Assist in compiling regulatory documentation for submission to health authorities.
• Ensure formulations comply with ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support quality control and assurance activities, including stability studies.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Education: M. Pharm (Ceutics)
• Experience: 1-10 years in formulation development, preferably in oncology
• Skills: Basic knowledge of formulation techniques and solid oral dosage forms.

Understanding of regulatory requirements for oncology products.
