Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst to research and update information on university admissions, program changes, and profile enhancement strategies in our CRM. This role ensures students are equipped with the latest insights to secure admission to prestigious universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on admission criteria, course updates, and program changes at top universities.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance student profiles for better admission chances.
• Update the CRM with accurate and current data for easy access by counselors and students.
• Collaborate with counselors to align research insights with student counseling strategies.
• Monitor admission trends and competitor practices to keep services innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Education, Research, or related fields.
• 13 years of research or education consulting experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
