Sr. Analyst - Research - Insights

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct customer satisfaction studies for Global Technology firms
• Conduct industry research on emerging topics in the B2B Technology space (Cloud, Cybersec, AI etc.,)
• Interview CXO level respondents to understand their experience & viewpoints (CIO, CTOs across the globe)
• Analyze and Present insights to global clients
• Understand client firms business objectives
• Ability to interact independently with senior level clients
• Develop High quality analysis from various information sources
• Craft High Impact Client Communication & presentations
• Work with extended teams to deliver quality output
• Develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
• Managing multiple projects with competing deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor Degree + MBA, having 4 to 6 years of experience
• Good command over written, spoken English
• Good understanding of business/market research/analysis
• Good Analytical skills & Mathematical aptitude
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to take end to end ownership of assigned tasks
• Excellent working knowledge with MS-Office. Additional analytics tools will help
