Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock movements, identifying slow-moving items, and implementing corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail sales, showroom sales, counter sales, and store management.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry or retail sector.
  
• Strong understanding of automobile parts & accessories market dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
