Electrical Design Engineer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible to:

• Pre-bid engineering for stationary ESS,
• Review of customer RFP, preparing technical pre-bid queries.
• Electrical BOS component sizing,
• preparation of BOQ,
• Preparation of cost sheet,
• Post Bid Engineering for stationary ESS
• Co-ordination with customer & internal stakeholders for techno commercially efficient design deliverables.
• Detailed design of BOS components including Electrical SLD DC & AC, equipment sizing such as HT Panel, transformer, Inverter/PCS, LV distribution networks etc
• Preparation of drawings, layouts design basis reports, sizing calculations for BOS components
• Vendor evaluation based on offers received, providing technical recommendations to procurement team
• Preparation of QA, QC plans for materials to be purchased & FQP for field execution
• Preparation of BOQ for project supply & services scope.
• Product development
• Support product development team in terms of BOS component selection.
• Preparation of testing & validation plan as per relevant standards.

SKILLS TO PERFORM DUTIES:

• Strong technical know how about HT & LT electrical BOS components.
• Knowledge of IS/ IEC codes for BOS components.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Report writing.
• Expert in MS Excel advance tools
• Knowledge of software such as PV Syst, ETAP will be added advantage.
• Taking care of EHS near work place.
