Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge in Field Instruments (Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Preventive, Breakdown, Shutdown, Condition based maintenance & troubleshooting activity.
- Knowledge of various types of analyzers like SO2 / NOX, Oxygen analyzer, PH & Conductivity analyzer etc. different make & models..
- Knowledge of basics of DCS, PLC, SCADA & Control loop system.
- Knowledge of maintenance & calibration of the control valves, Pneumatic actuators, Power Cylinders, Motorized operated valves.
- Knowledge of CMMS or SAP system preventive maintenance modules.
- Handling of test instruments like HART 475 calibrators / simulators / TK3.
Preferred candidate profile
Instrument Supervisor with min 5 years of experience in Chemical industry
