About the Role:

The incumbent will support branches in the termite control business, handling technical and commercial aspects. This includes quote submissions and assistance with TSPR quotes for civil contractors. The role involves conducting trials for new termite control chemicals and equipment, addressing escalated termite complaints, and playing a key role in implementing the Termite Baiting system across PAN India branches.

The incumbent will report to the AGM - TSED. The incumbent will have to work as part of the team and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:

Manage to work out on costing for enquiries of large projects (TSPR & TSPO) and quote with reasonable margins.

Must support the branches for technical and commercials for termite control services.

Attend and close the critical termite complaints escalated by the branch.

Liseaning with the major civil contractors for business.

Keep track of termite control (TSPR & TSPO) orders of the branches and prepare the client list.

Keep the credentials of the organisation to submit with the quotation and tenders

Keep the business figures monthly

Trials of new chemicals, equipment and system.

Prepare the documents like SOP, Specification etc related to TSS service.

PPE/SHE items list and finalisation for termite control service

Check the service quality of the TSS jobs by visiting the sites

Impart training on Termite control services to Sales and operation staff of branches

Take an active part in Innovation in termite control service

Improve the quality of Termite jobs to reduce complaints

Keep a check on rates quoted by branches for TSPR & TSPO and guide branches to quote workable rates only
