Job Description:
The role primarily involves managing insurer relations, payout grid coordination and business performance analysis to support Sales team objectives effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Insurance Companies: Regular follow-up to obtain updated payout grids.
• Grid Compilation: Organizing payout grids in a uniform format for Sales team communication.
• Timely Payout Grid Release: Ensuring that all partner payout grids are released by the 1st day of each month, a time-sensitive task.
• Updates and Revisions: Timely updating grids based on insurer changes and sharing revisions with the Sales team.
• Payout Negotiations: Working with insurers to align payout structures with partner and Sales team requirements.
• Business Analysis: Conducting daily business analysis to evaluate growth and recommend corrective actions to the Sales team.
• Market Analysis: Performing market and competitor grid analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Payout Reconciliation: Closely working with the Finance team to ensure accurate reconciliation of payouts from insurers.

Eligibility Criteria:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel data compilation and analysis.
Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with insurers and internal teams.
