Role & responsibilities

1. Overseeing the sales & marketing operations thereby increase sales growth of Pharmaceutical & Health care industries products.

2. Proactively identify business opportunities through strategic account planning and business analysis.

3. Must be results oriented, assertive and self - motivated, possess strong organizational skills to be able to achieve goals consistently

4. Must have excellent negotiation skills to close sales and meet gross profit targets

5. Identify the right set of customers, promote the products, and achieve sales goals for the given territory

6. Provide valuable technical support to customers by offering product recommendations, resolving technical queries

7. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and effectively position company products.

8. Manage all data and leads customers within defined territory.

Schedule and conduct weekly sales, monthly, quarterly meetings and achieve targets
