Job Description

  • Identify and prioritize social issues relevant to the Uttar Pradesh state
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders in the state
  • Collaborate with corporate partners to identify CSR initiatives that align with their goals and the needs in the state
  • Develop proposals and secure funding for social impact projects in collaboration with government and corporate partners.
Project Management:
  • Manage the implementation of social impact projects in collaboration with government, corporate, and community partners.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address challenges, and ensure successful completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Oversee data collection and analysis to measure the impact of social initiatives.
Communication and Reporting:
  • To work on UP CSR Portal concept plan and then work with the key stakeholders to actualise the portal
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, impact, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop communication materials (e.g., presentations, reports, case studies) to showcase the success of social initiatives.
  • Manage communication with government, corporate, and community partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Advocacy and Capacity Building:
  • Advocate for policies and initiatives that promote positive social change in the state
  • Build the capacity of local stakeholders to address social issues effectively.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the social impact sector, government relations, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social issues relevant to the State and India as a whole.
  • Experience in project management, proposal writing, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (highly desirable).
