About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help define and document requirements.

This role will involve working closely with stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and developers to ensure the product meets both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements for the system, focusing on processes and automation.

- Define user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure technical teams understand and deliver according to the vision.

- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Provide insights based on market and competitor analysis to influence product design.

- Assist in user testing, ensuring that the product meets user needs and expectations.

- Work alongside developers to ensure technical feasibility of business requirements.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Staffing Industry Knowledge.

- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

- Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user stories.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects
