IT recruiter - WFH

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Source, attract, and engage qualified IT professionals through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and technical skills.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Candidate Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent for future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal hiring guidelines.
• Generate recruitment reports and provide analytics on hiring trends and success rates.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or in-house) with a strong understanding of technical roles and IT skills.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and job market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or AI/ML roles.
• Technical background or certification in IT recruiting (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Tech Recruitment Certification).
• Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
