Role & responsibilities

Merchandising is a key function within Tira. The incumbent will be Tira brand's custodian in our stores and will be responsible for flawless execution to create a retail environment that provides a superior consumer experience through market-leading VM expertise at par with the best global beauty standards.

1.1. Execute visual merchandising strategies for our Tira beauty stores for a selected region/region at par with the best global beauty standards.

1.2. Produce VM tools and props and assist in updating VM campaigns as per the annual VM Calendar across different points of sale.

1.3. Play an integral role in NSO and post-opening audits, covering branding, visuals, planograms, and fixtures to uphold established standards.

1.4. Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing events team for the successful execution of POP UP events.

1.5. Support the creation of yearly quarterly budgets and planograms, taking full ownership of their adherence and execution.

1.6. Generate comprehensive dockets for market audit reports, providing succinct documentation for the design and development team.

1.7. Keep the merchandising database up to date and enriched with relevant information.

1.8. Monitor VM inventory and ensure dispatches to points of sale align with the allocated budget.

1.9. Apply a solid understanding of materials, working closely with local suppliers to guarantee quality and timely delivery.

Foster collaboration across functions and work closely with field operation teams to implement creative concepts, layouts, displays, and event setups, contributing to the overall visual merchandising strategy.
