Deputy Manager - Secretarial

As a Senior Manager of Secretarial Services, you will oversee and manage the company's secretarial and corporate governance functions. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting board activities, and providing guidance on corporate governance matters.

Responsibilities:Oversee the company's secretarial and corporate governance functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.Maintain and update corporate records, including minutes of board meetings, resolutions, and other official documentation.Coordinate and support board meetings, including preparing agendas, collating board packs, and managing meeting logistics.Assist in the preparation and distribution of board and committee materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to board members.Provide guidance on corporate governance matters, including compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and best practices.Ensure compliance with applicable corporate governance codes and guidelines, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.Support the board in the execution of corporate actions, such as annual general meetings, extraordinary general meetings, and shareholder communications.
