Quality engineer executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control processes are followed during installation, testing, and commissioning of solar projects.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and checklists for electrical installations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall project performance.
  
• Provide technical guidance on electrical engineering principles and best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field (preferably from Solar Industry).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, renewable energy technologies, and quality engineering principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively at client sites.
