About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist to support our AI data preparation efforts. The primary responsibility will involve going through documents and converting the content into structured, coherent, and well-organized textual format. This

role is ideal for individuals with a knack for accuracy, content organization, and technical understanding of data formats.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Transformation and Structuring:

Convert tabular datasets into clear, concise paragraphs while preserving data accuracy.

Reorganize unstructured text into a logical flow, ensuring it aligns with AI requirements.

2. Quality Assurance:

Proofread and edit converted content to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information during the transformation process.

3. Collaboration:

Work closely with AI developers and product managers to understand specific data formatting needs.

Communicate effectively to clarify ambiguities in raw data inputs.

4. Documentation and Standards:

Ensure adherence to established data formatting and entry standards.

Maintain logs and records of completed tasks for review and reference.

5. Efficiency and Optimization:

Identify opportunities for streamlining the data entry and transformation process.

Suggest improvements to data workflows to enhance productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with data management tools and text processing applications.

Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret and analyze tabular and textual data effectively.

Attention to Detail: High level of precision in data handling and formatting.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity in data presentation.

Preferred: Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts or previous exposure to preparing data for AI ingestion.
