Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Finance to drive AskMia s financial performance and contribute to the company s long-term success. This strategic role will focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A), compliance, and cash flow management. The VP of Finance will align financial strategies with business goals, providing executive guidance and ensuring compliance with U.S. financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and operational goals.
Offer strategic insights to the executive team for enhanced financial performance.
Align financial objectives with business goals to optimize profitability.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess trends and risks, offering actionable insights.
Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure financial plans support critical projects.

Regulatory Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws , labor laws , and financial reporting standards .
Oversee payroll and reporting, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
Stay updated on regulatory changes to maintain compliance.

Audit Management
Manage relationships with external auditors for timely audits.
Implement audit recommendations and enhance internal controls.
Ensure transparency in financial reporting for internal and external standards.

Cash Flow & Banking Management
Monitor and optimize cash flow and liquidity to support growth.
Develop working capital strategies and manage banking relationships.
Ensure funding availability for operational and capital needs.

Team Leadership & Development
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Foster a collaborative culture and mentor finance team members for growth.

Stakeholder Communication
Present financial reports to the executive team and board.Communicate financial performance and strategic plans to stakeholders.
