Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with AskMia s growth objectives. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition globally within the health tech industry. Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive marketing support.
Brand Development & Content Strategy Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to build a strong, resonant market presence. Oversee impactful content creation, including case studies , white papers , blogs , and videos to enhance thought leadership.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, PPC, email campaigns , and social media to boost online visibility. Use data analytics to measure, assess, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI .
Trade Shows, Events & Partnerships Plan and participate in trade shows and industry events to elevate AskMia s profile. Cultivate partnerships with industry leaders, driving co-marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
Public Relations & Podcasts Manage PR efforts, including media outreach , press releases , and influencer engagement . Lead thought leadership platforms like podcasts , webinars , and published articles to establish AskMia as a health tech authority.
Team Leadership & Development Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. Set clear performance goals and support team members professional development.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis Utilize findings to adjust product positioning and refine marketing strategies. Qualifications:
Conduct ongoing market research to track industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred .
15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role within the health tech or SaaS space.
Strong background in B2B marketing , with expertise in digital marketing , branding , content strategy , and social media .
Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns across digital and offline channels.
