Position Title: Sr. Manager / AGM Footwear Design

Team: Team of Junior Footwear Designer

Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned Footwear Design Lead with 18-20 years of experience in footwear design, particularly open footwear. The role involves leading a creative team, driving innovation, and ensuring market-aligned product development. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Shoemaster, Crispin ShoeMaker is essential.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Design / PG Diploma of Design / Master of Design with 1st Division. Preferably from NIFT, FDDI or Equivalent Institutions

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Innovation

• Lead the design and development of diverse footwear collections.
• Conduct trend analysis and feasibility studies to align with market needs.
• Develop seasonal product portfolios ensuring commercial viability.

Financial & Business Growth

• Support pricing & margin strategies for product launches.
• Drive product positioning & lifecycle management.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work with manufacturing, marketing, and sales for design alignment.
• Partner with HR for team capability development & performance culture.

Quality & Process Excellence

• Ensure high-quality design execution with a strong focus on functionality and durability.
• Identify and collaborate with premium service providers.
