Job Description
- As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- You will be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing personalized solutions, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction
- Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including individual customers, businesses, or institutional clients
- Understand clients' financial goals, objectives, and risk tolerance to provide tailored financial advice and solutions
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate products and services to meet clients' needs
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to provide updates on products, services, and market insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product specialists, underwriters, and support staff, to deliver seamless and efficient customer service
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to provide timely and relevant advice to clients
- Manage client portfolios, including investment accounts, loans, and other financial products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance guidelines, and company policies to ensure ethical conduct and adherence to standards
- Identify opportunities to expand business relationships through cross-selling, upselling, and referrals
