Relationship Manager - Corporate Rating Firm (3-6 yrs)

Job Description:

Manager - Mid Corporate, BRM Group

Reporting To: Associate Director/Director

Key Objectives:

- Develop and execute target-driven marketing strategies for the Mid-Corporate BRM Group.

- Enhance the profile of the India Ratings brand with bankers, investors, sponsors, and infrastructure funds.

- Manage existing issuer relationships and originate new issuer/product mandates.

- Negotiate fees for both new and existing mandates.

- Collaborate closely with analytical teams.

- Engage in high-level client interactions (CFO/CEO level).

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute target client lists, including new and existing clients, with a focus on financial services/products.

- Develop customized marketing material tailored to clients across diverse industries.

- Provide regular MIS reporting, tracking mandates, fees, and client interactions.

- Actively participate in network and internal interactions for better client servicing.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of Business Development experience, preferably in financial services for mid-sized corporates.

- Strong negotiation, marketing, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with debt capital markets and corporate credit analysis is preferred.

Behavioral Skills:

- Self-starter with a focus on revenue generation.

- Strong time management and communication skills, especially at senior management levels.

- Persistent and motivated to achieve high targets.
