Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  
• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  
• Meet sales targets by selling life insurance policies and bancassurance products effectively.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly.
  
• Conduct needs analysis to determine the most suitable products for customers' requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in banking or insurance industry (preferably).
  
• Strong understanding of bancassurance sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
