Operations Executive

Job brief

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our business processes. The Operations Executive will be responsible for streamlining workflows, managing resources, and supporting strategic initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assist & overview operational business plan for SBUs
• Get proposals from minimum 3 suppliers for approved capitals equipment / investment & finalize order. Overview delivery, installments & commissions.
• Establish & ensure smooth running of processes in various SBU’s
• Fortnightly and Monthly operational reports from SBU Heads to management
• Receive and assess the capital equipment requirements from SBUs

Education:

• Masters/ MBA in operations

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience in an operations role, with a strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in operations management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
