We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage a wide range of financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, MIS reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a commitment to ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Finalisation of Accounts:
Oversee the preparation and finalisation of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Bookkeeping and Reconsiderations:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts to maintain financial integrity.
Balance Sheet Management:
Prepare and analyse detailed balance sheet reports, ensuring accurate classification and valuation of assets and liabilities.
Month-End and Year-End Closures:
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliation .
Profit & Loss Statements:
Prepare and analyse P&L statements, providing insights into financial performance and variance analysis.
Audit Support:
Plan and execute statutory audits, collaborating with auditors and addressing their queries efficiently.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage the entire accounts payable and receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and receipts.
MIS Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyse monthly MIS reports to track financial performance and variances from approved budgets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Semi-qualified CA
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations.
Experience of working in consulting firms with Public sector companies.
Preferred Attributes:
Proven ability to manage multiple financial processes efficiently.
Strong communication skills for vendor, customer, and internal stakeholder interactions.
