Role & responsibilities
Handling relationship with Branch and Dealership and minimisation of TAT for prompt and better service
Ability to operate as a part of dynamic team, skilled in new clients, achieve sales targets and service clients with the objectives of increasing in the markets.
Good knowledge of dynamics in the automobile industry, skilled in handling the Branch and dealer network customer and ability to design/implement sales strategies to optimise results
Demonstrates skill in conducting sales related activities like: initiating, negotiating, closing sales deals and documentations.
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
Preferred candidate profile
5 - 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in the automotive finance, banking, or loan industry.
Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets in a competitive market.
Experience in building and maintaining dealer and DSA (Direct Sales Agent) relationships
