Regional Marketing Head

We are looking for Regional Marketing head for Delhi NCR -

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

(1).Energetic individuals with a passion for Marketing, who can ideate, plan and effectively execute Regional, BTL Marketing Activities to support Muthoot Finances local Branches located within the said Region assigned to the RMH.

(2).To generate top quality leads through these BTL activities and support branches and sales teams in achieving their business targets.

(3).They are also entrusted with driving branch teams to actively persuade, and follow-up leads to convert them to and achieve their monthly and quarterly business targets.

4). Coordination for ATL Activities

5). Lead Management

6). Vendor Management

7). Branch Launch

8). Branch Branding and Visual Branch Merchandise

9). Competition Tracking & Monitoring

10). Exceptional Planning and Execution Skills

Desired candidate -

(1).The desired RMH must be highly target oriented with a go-getter attitude and positive approach.

(2).He/she must be a team player and must constantly evolve in sync with the market dynamics to offer innovations on a regular basis.

(3). He/she also needs to be watchful of competitors intentions and activities and have capability to quickly plan and carry-out counter competition activities in case competition gets aggressive.

(4). Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing domain, preferably with BFSI / Retail exposure. Professionals with increased work experience will be treated differently

Note:-Extensive travelling is an integral part of this profile and hence interested candidates must be open for travelling
