Regional Manager - LAP and Home Loans
Location: Across Andhra Pradesh
Department: Loans Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans
Reports To: Senior Management
Job Summary:
The Regional Manager for LAP (Loans Against Property) and Home Loans will be responsible for driving the growth of these loan products within the assigned region. The role involves leading a team, analysing markets, fostering relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, managing risks, executing campaigns, and training the sales team for success. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for regular reporting to senior management.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in LAP and Home Loans as cluster manager, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and risk management in LAP and Home Loans.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing and sales campaigns.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop sales teams.
