Job Description

JD / KRAs:


The profile is a combination of Talent acquisition & HRBP with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition


Regional HR will act as bridge between locations and Head Office for all matters related to HR


  • Recruitment: Will be responsible for recruitment through different sources, manpower planning with the location heads.
  • Organizing regular walk-in drives for all locations based on the urgency of requirements. Bulk Hiring of FLS through different sources.
  • To source and close maximum lateral requirements through Naukri (min 5 closures) and employee referrals.
  • Collating manpower requirements of all departments from all locations every month.
  • To collate and maintain Master MIS Naukri, Consultants tracker, Employee Referral, etc
  • To contact various MBA and graduate colleges for campus recruitments. Job Fairs / Off Campus drives to be regularly tapped for all locations for participation.

Responsible for implementation of employee engagement activities.


  • To ensure TGIF and other engagement activities are alive every month.
  • Proactive in taking initiatives for engagement activities, CSR, implementation of policies, process

Responsible for exit interviews, Employee Retention.


  • Attrition Analysis and MIS

Employee Relations : Responsible for employee relations on periodic basis to understand their perspective on various policies, culture, compensation, job description, etc. Conduct Skip level / one-one meetings and share feedback with the management.

Resolving grievances by engaging with HO HR and the management hierarchy.


  • All queries related to Admin / employee grievances, consultants, recruitment to be addressed / closed in 2 days TAT
  • Orientation of different HR processes Promotions, IJPs , JDs, Incentive Structure and Reports, day to day query, HR software, etc.
