The profile is a combination of Talent acquisition & HRBP with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition
Regional HR will act as bridge between locations and Head Office for all matters related to HR
Responsible for implementation of employee engagement activities.
Responsible for exit interviews, Employee Retention.
Employee Relations : Responsible for employee relations on periodic basis to understand their perspective on various policies, culture, compensation, job description, etc. Conduct Skip level / one-one meetings and share feedback with the management.
Resolving grievances by engaging with HO HR and the management hierarchy.
