• Roles and Responsibilities
• bank reconciliation control & GST hands on Experience
• To confirm that branches are reconciling their outstanding EVERY QUARTER.
• To transfer credit balance to HO lying in the branch for more than 6 months.
• ESI, professional Tax, GST and other statutory dues are deposited and returns for these statutory dues submitted timely
• To visit the branches and report the points which are against company policy.
• To check all credit notes which involve GST before sending to HO.
• Perpetual Stock taking reports signed by Branch in charge and Branch accountant. REPORT TO BE SUBMITTED TO HO WITH THE CORRECTIONS MADE.
• To review reconciliation of outstanding is done by the branches every quarter.
• To reconcile Head Office account of all the branches on monthly basis.
• Fixed asset register is to be maintained at all locations.
• To ensure GST audit is done for all the states before filing annual return.
