Job Description:

As the BI and Reporting Lead, you will collaborate with all departments of our company

(Quality Assurance, Implementation Services, Development, and Product Strategy) to

enhance business intelligence and reporting capabilities.

You will attend regular in-house training sessions to maximize proficiency and productivity

with our products and services.

Through this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an internal career path and grow

Key Responsibilities & What will you need to succeed in this role?

• Report Generation & communication to clients Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly, Agent

performance reports, Lead analysis reports, Invoice & Billings, Incentive analysis, and

reporting.

• Hands-on experience writing codes using Google app script (Report automation)
• Experience with building dashboards using GDS (Google Data Studio).
• Experience in building dashboards.
• DB management & Knowledge in Advance excel + Google Docs.
• Data Analysis: Creating a lead quality analysis framework, Analysis of the lead quality.
• Report Automation: Automation of daily/weekly reports using SFDC and apps script coding.
• Forecasting using the historical trend of the leads at the micro level.
• Develop report templates and dashboards using advanced formulae (Including Array

formulas) in Google spreadsheets, GDS, MS Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing

insights from data, and someone with at least 3 years of experience leading a team.

• Degree in Business Analytics/ Business Administration /Business Communication /

Marketing.

• Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping,
• collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises and cloud-based data
• sources.
• Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and

subqueries.

• Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques:

hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, concluding, and

developing actionable recommendations for business units.

• Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques
• Strong programming skills with querying languages: SLQ, SAS, etc.
• Experience with big data tools:
• Experience with testing tools such as Adobe Test & Target
• Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Raw, chart.js, etc.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools
