Human Resources Intern

Regaal Resources Limited Galgalia, Thakurganj District- Kishanganj Bihar India (On-site)

Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide Administrative support to HR team, such as tracking project progress, and proofreading HR documents.
2. Create Recruitment data base by contacting candidates and gathering basic information.
3. Assist HR team by participating in employee engagement initiatives.
4. Collect different types of data (Data Management) as per the instruction of reporting HR Manager for MIS analysis of various HR metrics to get insights for decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resource Management.
2. Understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and industrial relations.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
5. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
