Team Management and Training: Supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation, to ensure efficient store operations. Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership to the team to achieve operational objectives. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in store operations and implement improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices in inventory management and storage to optimize workflow. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, inventory control standards, and company policies.
