Store Manager For a luxury retail store

Experience: 10+ years in luxury retail, with prior experience managing a high end fashion or Jewellery store in Mumbai would be added advantage.

Role & responsibilities :

• Store Operations: Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to ANORs luxury standards.
• Sales andCustomer Service: Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service, understanding clients unique preferences, and fostering long term customer loyalty. Team
• Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high performing team that is skilled in luxury sales and customer engagement.
• Product Expertise: Develop an in depth understanding of ANORs product offerings, including lab grown diamonds, colored stones, and signature pieces, and effectively communicate these to clients.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with the Inventory Manager, and ensure optimal stock turnover and availability of popular items.
• Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as sales, customer behavior, and inventory trends, and provide insights to the management team.
• Compliance and Security: Maintain a secure environment, ensure store policies are followed, and safeguard store assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail, with a proven background managing high end fashion or Jewellery stores in Mumbai
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer centric mindset.
• Familiarity with the luxury retail market in Mumbai and established relationships within the high end retail community
• Proficiency in retail software, inventory management systems, and reporting tools
