Introduction
We are looking for an 7+years experienced candidates for this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure on GCP
- Work closely with Cloud Architect and development team to understand the technical design and implement the required configurations.
- Provide ongoing support for GCP environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, implementing scaling strategies.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency
- Create and maintain documentation for deployments, configurations, and best practices
Certifications :
- Google Associate Cloud Engineer
- Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
Primary Skills :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in GCP
- Strong expertise of GCP services and solutions, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
- Good experience in setting up access control and security policies using GCP IAM and encryption solutions
- Good understanding of cloud networking, including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, and interconnects.
- Good experience in setting up monitoring and alerting mechanisms using GCP Operations Suite
- Good experience in automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager.
- Good expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Good understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Good understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies
- Good understanding of application, infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like performance, scalability, reliability, availability etc
Secondary Skills :
- Excellent presentation, communication, and influence skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
