RedSeer Consulting - Associate Consultant (0-3 yrs)

Associate Consultant:

Role Overview:

- The Associate Consultant will be responsible for driving key portions of client projects and leading small to mid-sized engagements or significant workstreams within larger projects.

- They will collaborate directly with Project Leads and interact with clients to present findings and provide strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Analysis:

- Conduct interviews with clients and their customers, plan and facilitate workshops, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of large-scale organizational change programs.

- Play a pivotal role in structuring client problems and developing execution plans.

Hypothesis Development & Execution:

- Understand the overarching consulting project hypothesis and lead sub-hypothesis/areas of assertion.

- Oversee business analysts in executing the project plan for your workstream, ensuring high-quality analysis and results.

Primary Research:

- Conduct and moderate interviews with experts, industry stakeholders, and consumers to gather relevant insights.

- Develop comprehensive questionnaires based on key hypothesis areas and guide the team in reaching out to interviewees.

- Coordinate with internal teams for customer surveys and ensure timely progress.

Secondary Research:

- Supplement primary research with secondary data by using online market research tools and Redseer' s internal IP.

Data Analysis & Recommendations:

- Analyse collected data and provide insightful recommendations for the allocated workstream.

- Use advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel, other tech tools) to streamline analysis and improve efficiency.

Report Writing & Client Presentation:

- Convert findings into client-ready reports (primarily PowerPoint), ensuring logical structure both vertically and horizontally.

- Present and manage the workstream findings during client interactions.

Project Management & Timelines:

- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, managing both internal and external stakeholders as necessary.

Additional Contributions:

- Contribute to thought leadership by working with senior stakeholders on industry pieces.

- Assist in the creation of sales materials and pitches, collaborating with senior management.

- Promote the benefits of new technologies and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Share industry trends and insights with senior leadership regularly.

- Support marketing and media interactions when required.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

- Tier-1 B-school graduate with 0-2 years of experience, OR

- Tier-1 Graduate from a top college with 2-3 years of experience.

Experience:

- Previous experience in consulting or strategy roles is a plus; however, consulting skills are essential regardless of the background.

Skills:

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities conducive to team management and development.

- Ability to lead small project teams of business analysts (BAs).

- Highly motivated and driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

- General awareness of industry trends and current affairs.
