Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Camp Coordinator to oversee the execution of healthcare camps across multiple locations in India. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating the Camp Operations team, and ensuring compliance with protocols for diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of health camps, ensuring timely collection of samples and delivery of diagnostic services.
• Manage and coordinate the Camp Operations team for large-scale health camps across multiple locations, ensuring smooth setup and execution of all services.
• Supervise the Camp team to ensure compliance with insurance and diagnostic protocols, as well as timely execution of client contracts.
• Provide training and support to phlebotomists and staff according to Redcliffe Labs' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and evaluate camp performance, collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to inform future improvements.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on camp progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges to ensure a seamless camp experience.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including inventory, logistics, and Route Managers (RMs), to facilitate efficient camp operations.
• Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting purposes post-camp execution, including participation and outcomes.
• Travelling to camp locations beforehand and ensuring smooth executions pan India.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare operations or event coordination, with a focus on diagnostic services.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for camp execution and management.
