Category Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Maximization: Lead monetization initiatives to maximize revenue for the Primo Category.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive growth and enhance consumer preference for the Primo brand.
• Product and CX Improvements: Innovate and improve product offerings and customer experiences to expand market share, boost return rates, and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase consumer mindshare and elevate brand awareness.
• Operator Engagement: Create and implement programs to improve value articulation and build strong operator affinity toward Primo.
• Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead special projects to position Primo as a category leader and drive market expansion.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and continuous improvement within the Primo category.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Proven expertise in category management, program management, product development, or business development within logistics, travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes in the travel and transportation sectors (preferred).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, capable of translating insights into actionable plans.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Results-Driven Approach: Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable business outcomes and fostering continuous improvement.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.

Experience: 4-6 years in relevant roles.
